Make your own Future Fossil with NEoN Digital Arts Festival and Dundee Ceramics Workshop.
NEoN has slipped some artist-made Future Artefacts into the collection at The McManus – interesting and quizzical objects to be excavated, examined and exhibited in the future. Join us in West Ward Works as we create our very own future fossil using clay to sculpt, mould and form unique ceramic objects to be discovered by future archaeologists. No experience of sculpture or ceramics is necessary, this experience will be playful, informative and fun. The finished clay sculptures will be taken to Dundee Ceramic Workshop to be fired and will be available to collect at a later date and can be decorated and glazed by appointment with Dundee Ceramics Workshop.
Ages 8+ (under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult)
This workshop will cost £20 to cover materials and firing of the ceramics. (Plus eventbrite’s booking fee)
